How to do a yoni steam
1. Pour 1 pouch of herbs into 2 litres of boiled water
2. Steep for 10 minutes (test heat before sitting over the bowl)
3. Once cool enough sit over the bowl and cover your lower body with a blanket for 20 – 30 minutes
4. Have a warm shower once finished
When not to a yoni steam

If you have extremely heavy menstrual cycles

If you have a vaginal infection, open wounds, sores, or blisters.

During your period

If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.

Remove genital piercings, because the heat will cause the piercings to burn you
You can steam two times during the week before your period if you are experiencing extreme symptoms. Otherwise, steam 1 - 2 times a month ( 3 days before or three days after your menstrual cycle). For treating fertility issues steaming should be done every two weeks 3 days before your period.
