About the Owner
For years I have suffered from severe menstrual cramps to the point where I couldn't participate in daily activities. I did research on holistic ways on how to prevent cramping. I also took medication which helped but wouldn't help in preventing the same issue next cycle.
Once I started doing vaginal steaming I noticed that the cramps were not as severe but still were present. After 3-4 months of consistently steaming, I noticed that I still had cramps but they were not as noticeable and I could continue my day as usual without medication.
